10,000 പുതിയ ജീവനക്കാരെ നിയമിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങി ലുഫ്താന്‍സ

ബര്‍ലിന്‍: പുതുവര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ തൊഴില്‍ ഖേലയ്ക്ക് പുത്തന്‍ ഉണര്‍വു നല്‍കുന്ന വാര്‍ത്തകള്‍ വരുമ്പോള്‍ ജര്‍മന്‍ ലഫ്ത്താന്‍സ ഈ വര്‍ഷം 10,000 പുതിയ ജീവനക്കാരെ നിയമിക്കാന്‍ പദ്ധതിയിടുന്നതായി ബുധനാഴ്ച പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. പുതിയ നിയമനങ്ങളില്‍ പകുതിയിലേറെയും ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലാണ് ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ലുഫ്താന്‍സ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് വിവിധ പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളിലായി 10,000 പുതിയ തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങളാണ് സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം മാത്രം ഗ്രൂപ്പിലുടനീളം 3,50,000 അപേക്ഷകള്‍ ലഭിച്ചതില്‍ 13,000~ത്തിലധികം ജീവനക്കാരെ നിയമിച്ചു. ഓരോ പുതിയ സഹപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെക്കുറിച്ചും സന്തുഷ്ടരാണന്നും മനുഷ്യ വിഭവശേഷിയുടെയും നിയമപരമായ കാര്യങ്ങളുടെയും ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമുള്ള ലുഫ്താന്‍സ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗം മൈക്കല്‍ നിഗ്ഗെമാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
ലുഫ്താന്‍സ കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം ജോലികള്‍ വെട്ടിക്കുറച്ചതിന് ശേഷം, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷനില്‍, ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ 2,000~ലധികം ഫ്ലൈറ്റ് അറ്റന്‍ഡന്റുമാരെയും ഗ്രൗണ്ട് ഓപ്പറേഷനുകള്‍ക്കായി 1,400~ലധികം ഗ്രൗണ്ട് സ്ററാഫിനെയും ഏകദേശം 1,300 സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ധരെയും റിക്രൂട്ട് ചെയ്തു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ 800 പൈലറ്റുമാരുടെ 800 ഓളം തസ്തികകള്‍ നികത്താനുണ്ട്.
യൂറോവിംഗ്സ്, ഓസ്ട്രിയന്‍ എയര്‍ലൈന്‍സ് എന്നിവയിലും പുതിയ ജോലികള്‍
ലുഫ്താന്‍സ ടെക്നിക്കില്‍ മാത്രം 2,000~ത്തിലധികം പുതിയ ജീവനക്കാരെയാണ് പുതുതായി എടുക്കുന്നത്. ഉപകമ്പനികളായ ഓസ്ട്രിയന്‍ എയര്‍ലൈന്‍സും യൂറോവിംഗ്സും 700 ജീവനക്കാരെയാണ് തിരയുന്നത്.ലുഫ്താന്‍സ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന് നിലവില്‍ 90~ലധികം രാജ്യങ്ങളിലായി 1,00,000~ത്തിലധികം ജീവനക്കാരുണ്ട്.
വര്‍ഷങ്ങളോളം നീണ്ട ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം, ജനുവരി 13~ന് ഇറ്റാലിയന്‍ എയര്‍ലൈനായ ഇറ്റയില്‍ ലുഫ്താന്‍സയില്‍ ചേരും. ഇക്കാര്യം ലുഫ്താന്‍സ മേധാവി കാര്‍സ്ററണ്‍ സ്പോര്‍ ഔദ്യോഗികമായി ഉടന്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിയ്ക്കും.
